Youth Group at Square

Middle School at the Square

Along with our Madison Middle School Youth group, here at Square we try to provide ways to connect with all Middle School students at the Square.

Once a month we have Square Connect times between the two morning services for Middle School students from the Square to get to know each other and invite in new kids from the church who haven’t checked out Youth group yet.

Meet LeMarr

LeMarr Seandre’ Jackson writes and speaks to empower the youth in his community, and spends much of his time investing in young people as the Director of Youth Ministry at Madison Square Church.

He enjoys sharing his love for words through poetry and preaching with various schools and organizations around the city including Calvin College, New City Kids, Grand Rapids Christian Schools, GRIL, and GRPS. Two of his favorite speaking opportunities include performing a poem at the Christian Community Development National Conference in New Orleans, and presenting a duet poem to Jim Wallis at the CRC’s Martin Luther King Day Celebration. He has a passion for fostering discipling relationships.

However, beyond any events and connections, LeMarr is an ambassador of Christ who seeks to raise the bar of student and Christian leadership by being a bridge of understanding, a tower of encouragement, and a servant to his community with faith, hope, and love.
