Hello,
Whenever it comes up in conversation that Pastor Joy is a pastor in a multi-site church, a common response is “Oh, so you livestream from the main site to the other sites?”
Nope.
“But you have one main church and one main pastor who is over the other sites/pastors, right?”
Nope.
“Well, how does it work, then?”
Perhaps you wonder the same thing! Our flatter, non-hierarchical structure fosters a local focus, so whether you’re new to Madison or have been here awhile, you too might wonder “How long have we been multi-site?” “Why did we decide to become a multi-site church?” and “How are we structured?”
In an attempt to answer those questions, we made a video! It was shown during a Sunday, but in case you missed it or would like to revisit it, here it is. Enjoy!
